The seminar
is a group of people that deliberate of each understanding of people and
experiences the minds of its participation. The seminar is participation of
leader together the group, it is necessary the leader to give the knowledge and
information of seminar. It is great advantage when the leader knows enough
about the topic that she/he discuss. In seminar there is the step to follow in
group: Identifying the problem,
Gathering data, Analyzing the data, formulating hypothesis, Testing hypothesis
and Formulating a conclusion or solution. This kind of step it is important of
making a seminar.
