“THE CLASS”

 This movie, in the class is coming from the French country.  Mr. Marin as their French teacher stands up in front of us as a professor and starts to do his role.  His experience was very challenging as he starts his role particularly his illuminating struggles with his problem-students Esmeralda, Khoumba and Soleyman.  Mr. Marin encounters the different kind of attitude. The student of Mr. Marin is not respected by their teacher. The Character from the teacher  this are Stephen, harvie, Olivier, Patric, Anne, Isabelle, Frederic, Julie, Aline, Gilles, Francois and Mr. Marin who are the main character together with the students in the film “ The Class”. The Character from the students this are Esmeralda, Cherif, Burak, Damien, Henriette, Samantha, Balla, Rabah, Agame, Khoumba, Eva, Baubacars, Wei, Lucie, Soulemayne Justine, and Louise. Each student in the film “The Class” has different character but the main characters of the story are Mr. Marin the teacher who has a long patience to his/her students. Teaching is currency all over, and being an educator means not only taking us much away from the classroom experiences us you put into it, but also accepting the high responsibility of holding power over  and impressionable mind. 

The main problems of Mr. Marin inside the class are soulemayne, Esmeralda and khoumba. Mr. Marin did his best to help his/her students to become well-disciplined and to become responsible to their studies so that the money the effort of the parents well not wasted. Every parents of his learner are called to interview so that he will determine the main problem of his student for him to have a solution and to minimize that problem and to know how to handle his learners.

What will be your reaction if one of your students will say to you that he/she learned nothing?

I just want to say for it that is not my fault. Because I do my best to teach and understand of what is the important topic/lesson that we have that class. It is not my problem if you are not lessening my discussion at that time. And if you are responsible student of your classes you are willing and trying to understand what is the main situation of the subject matter that you have. But in part of that I will give an advice for her/she for us to know us a teacher someday I will take care of that and advise of what is the problem in their life why he/she is not learned nothing of my discussion in the class.

POSTSCRIPT

     Demonstration is important to every student to learn something in the class. Some random thought on demonstration is the student can have a thought and ideas that can organize by the teacher so that, every students enhance their talent knowledge and skills in the teaching demonstration. You should be a good watchful to your student the movement of your class. The students can master and they will be able to demonstrate and perform it all by their selves.

THE ART of QUESTIONING

      The reporter tackled about the art of questioning that state the questioning is the one important of teacher and student giving a question in class. There are the most important of questioning the cognitive memory questions, convergent question, divergent questions, and evaluation question. This kind of questioning is the basic guideline of what is the best way of making a question in you topic or class. In giving a question you can also give in the proper and clarity so that every student can understand already and catch the question and topic that can discuss.

            The teacher should make every effort to demonstrate an appreciation attitude towards student’s responses. The teacher should never allow wrong answer to the learner will learn wrong concepts and information. And student should allow giving question in the everyday classes for us to give the evaluation of that subject and student can learn more.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

     The classroom management is the activities involving details as seating arrangement, attendance, and utilization of instructional materials, classroom courtesies and discipline require foresight and planning. When you a teacher you must be clearly and identify about the topic you have you should take a decisive position and use of firm tone of voice. The teacher must give to the student the group activity so that every student it can be achieved the activities by presenting a new materials and selecting who will recite. Some of the disciplinary problem in classroom management is lack of self-control, poverty, desire for attention etc. in the improvement of classroom management is essential to an effective learning situation. The teacher must better attitudes on how these behavioral problems can be underestimated to a supportable level.     

THE SEMINAR

     The seminar is a group of people that deliberate of each understanding of people and experiences the minds of its participation. The seminar is participation of leader together the group, it is necessary the leader to give the knowledge and information of seminar. It is great advantage when the leader knows enough about the topic that she/he discuss. In seminar there is the step to follow in group:  Identifying the problem, Gathering data, Analyzing the data, formulating hypothesis, Testing hypothesis and Formulating a conclusion or solution. This kind of step it is important of making a seminar.
