The topic that we discussed is all about HOW TO BE A GOOD AND EFFECTIVE TEACHER. Being a teacher requires two things, the personal qualities and professional qualities. The personal qualities such as emotional stability,superior intelligence,sympathy,kindness honesty etc.While the professional qualities it is a mastery of the subject matter,understanding of the learner principles methods and price of teaching. As a teacher the important is giving them enough knowledge and show of what you learn. An effective teacher makes good use of instructional time and inspires student to want to do. And to be an effective teacher is each and every student in the class has to feel comfortable.
